The Phoenix and Dragon conducts classes on Monday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Tai Chi Classes start at 6:45 pm, ending at 7:45 pm Monday and Thursday evenings and from 9:00am to 10:20 am Saturday mornings.
Kung Fu Classes start at 7:45 pm ending at 8:45 pm Monday and Thursday evenings and from 9:00 am to 10:20 am Saturday mornings.
